Spring Cooking Class
Classes will begin on Tuesday, April 10th 2018
classes are held in the Teacher Workroom near the office
From “Adventures in Eti-Kit” and “Adventures in Cooking” comes a new Spring experience from Ms. Janis Encapera! Children who have attended Eti-Kit courses come away with valuable real-world experiences that will serve them well for years to come.
In “Spring is in the Air Cooking Class”, children will follow recipes and create delicious foods. The skills and ideas gathered from this course will provide many opportunities to cook and bake with your children to impress the family!

"Spring is in the Air" Cooking Class will be held on Tuesdays
April 10th, 17th, 24th and May 1st
from 2:45 pm until 4:30
PreK-5th grades
$115 for 4 week course
The class will accept the first 12 students that sign up

About your instructor:
Your instructor will be Janis Encapera, creator of Eti-kit, who has been instructing children in the Art of Etiquette since 1998.
Janis Encapera developed the Eti-Kitt program in 1998. Prior to that, she was an educator in the public schools for 12 years. Ms. Encapera's mission is to prepare children and young adults for a lifetime of success by teaching social skills which build confidence, control and consideration for others. Her book, Table Talk, teaches children and adults how to set a table "the proper way, every day."
Eti-Kit has been offered through day care centers, private and public schools, Girl Scouts, Brownies, and Police Athletic League centers.
